The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (BACCF) and the BACCF Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs invite you for an inspiring workshop designed to spark ideas, build skills, and share real-world experiences. In a dynamic “TED Talk” style format, our guest speakers will explore key topics including the job market, growth mindset, leadership, and the journey of starting a business.

The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (BACCF) and the BACCF Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs invite you for an inspiring workshop designed to spark ideas, build skills, and share real-world experiences. In a dynamic “TED Talk” style format, our guest speakers will explore key topics including the job market, growth mindset, leadership, and the journey of starting a business.

• Carolina Stapleton (LinkedIn) – Senior Director of a leading Manhattan health club, where she manages a team of 50 professionals. Carolina also serves as a Results and Business Coach with Robbins Research International, helping individuals achieve peak performance and professional success.
• Pedro Uchôa (LinkedIn) – Partner and CEO at TAP, a fast-casual 100% gluten-free restaurant chain with four locations in New York City and Miami. He is also the co-founder of Banana Boost, a super snack brand distributed in both Brazil and the United States.
