Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients, assess the client’s needs to find the right product for them, and cross sell different types of financial insurance programs.
  • Propose different financial products to new clients.
  • Build long term relationships with your clients and provide them with financial solutions.
  • Follow up with potential/pending contracts.
  • Devise and execute an entrepreneurial business strategy to achieve revenue and sales goals.
Requirements
  • Sales driven, leadership, strong negotiation skills and have a good presentation of themselves.
  • Must have an outgoing personality, people person, to maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great time management skills.
  • Desire for continuous learning and growing with the company.
  • Experience in finance insurance and sales.
  • An active 2-14 or 2-15 license a plus! Company can provide training necessary to obtain license.
  • Must be fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
