Meet BACCF Board member Guilherme Gatti
Guilherme Gatti is the FedEx Officer in charge of formulating a joint vision for FedEx to become a world leader in customer experience. As the VP of Customer Experience Operations Latin America & Caribbean, Gatti oversees the customer journey as the center of the business strategy, driving service quality and customer loyalty. Gatti began his career at FedEx in 1992 as a Marketing Analyst for Brazil and was soon promoted to Marketing Manager of the entire South Cone region. In 1999, Gatti was named Managing Director of Marketing, a position he held until his recent appointment.
