President of the Federative Republic of Brazil Releases Statement Addressing Food Safety Concerns about Brazilian Meat

Dear Sir or Madam,
 
In light of the current Brazilian Federal Police investigation concerning the food safety of meat and animal products produced in Brazil, President Michel Temer addresses the issue in a press release.
 
The statement reassures consumers that all exporting plants remain open to inspection by importing countries, and that further actions are taking place in order to ensure the well-known quality of Brazilian meat.
